Terri Stone MD FACP DipABLM is board certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She attended Georgetown University School of Medicine. Witnessing her patients adopt healthy lifestyle interventions that reversed and decreased progression of many chronic illnesses made tremendous impact on Dr Stone's career. Terri co-founded Fresh & Savory Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Shared Medical Appointment Teaching Kitchen at MedStar Health.
As a former member of the Board of Directors of ACLM and co-founder of HEAL (Health Equity Achieved through Lifestyle) Initiative, Terri helped create the HEAL scholarship program and created community focused health equity programs.
At Georgetown University School of Medicine, Terri co-leads the Culinary Medicine Student-led Selective, Physician Wellbeing Elective and Integrative Medicine and Health Culinary Nutrition Elective. Dr Stone recently started her new position as MedStar Health GME Director of Culinary Medicine and Nutrition. She also works on the Culinary and Living Style Team at Medstar Institute for Innovation (MI2) which is responsible for creating Lifestyle Medicine Shared Medical Appointments across the health system
