Beth Garver background includes multi-program strengths within non-profits, start-ups and large global corporations. She has many years of experience in all aspects of business, including developing and executing operational strategies and best practices while “filling gaps”. Her experience is not limited to, but includes writing and administering grant programs, fundraising/development, operations, marketing communications, digital/social media, PR, and general business management. Beth helps organizations adopt lifestyle medicine practices and programs under budget and with limited resources. Her focal point is with underserved, vulnerable populations, particularly FQHCs, CHCs and rural clinics to help mitigate barriers for those experiencing social determinants of health. Vegetarian since college, vegan since 2009, and WFPB since 2019, Beth is committed to lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition. Beth speaks fluent Spanish, has co-authored many lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition papers, including a toolkit for CHCs on how to implement lifestyle medicine. She has also presented at LM conferences.
