Dr. Borer received his B.S from Union College in Schenectady, NY and his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship, residency, and chief medical residency at the University of Connecticut and completed his cardiology fellowship at Hartford Hospital in CT. He has been working as a noninvasive cardiologist in clinical practice since 2010 and is the Medical Director for the HVI Lifestyle Medicine Program at Hartford Healthcare. Dr. Borer is board certified in cardiology, internal medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and Lifestyle Medicine.
