Cindy Berner, MS, RDN, LD

Combining more than 35 years of clinical experience in nutrition and wellness, Cindy Berner serves as the Vice President of Account Operations at Pritikin ICR. Cindy aims to inspire optimal health and disease prevention through a three-pronged lifestyle approach consisting of a predominately whole foods plant-based eating plan, regular physical activity, and a healthy mind-set. Prior to joining Pritikin ICR, Cindy worked at Saint Louis University’s Cardiac Fitness Center and in private practice, where she provided nutrition counseling focused on lifestyle modification. Cindy also served as an Interventionist in a National Institutes of Health (NIH) research study focused on preventing high blood pressure, and she has helped develop and implement corporate health programs.
