Dr. William Hsu is a distinguished endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience, formerly at Harvard's Joslin Diabetes Center, and has been serving as Chief Medical Officer at L-Nutra since 2019. In this role, Dr. Hsu leads the clinical development team and oversees Medical and Scientific Affairs. He also founded the L-Nutra Health program, the Medical Arm of L-Nutra, that focuses on Type 2 diabetes remission and regression.
Before joining L-Nutra, Dr. Hsu was Vice President at Harvard’s Joslin Diabetes Center, where he spearheaded global healthcare advisory initiatives across 12 countries. He served in national professional committees, contributing to the American Diabetes Association’s Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes. His research explored the pathophysiology of diabetes and the use of telehealth technology in chronic condition management.
Dr. Hsu earned his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and completed his internal medicine residency at Yale School of Medicine. He further specialized in Endocrinology and Metabolism through a fellowship at Harvard Medical School, where he also served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine.
